About the Role

As a Chief Automotive Lubricant Sales Strategist at Gamut HR Solutions in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets in the automotive lubricants sector.

Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and attainment of sales goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of work experience in the automotive industry, specifically related to lubricants.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the automotive industry, including the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies tailored to the automotive lubricants market.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the lubricants market, including key players and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and manage contracts effectively.
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets and drive performance.
  • Strong understanding of automotive lubricant products and their various applications.
