We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Strategist to join our team at Tanla Platforms Limited.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and network effectively.
- Implement success programs to drive business growth and profitability.
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
- Develop and manage client portfolios to maximize value.
- Hold product demonstrations for customers and improve onboarding processes.
- Mediate between clients and the organization, handle customer requests and complaints, and minimize churn.

- Impactful work safeguarding Tanla's assets, data, and reputation in the industry.
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Client Management, Client Success, Product adoption etc.
- Graduate Engineer with PG in Marketing or Communications.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- Self-driven and proactive nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities. Ability to influence C Level executives.
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
- Knowledge of customer success processes.
- Experience in document creation.
- Patient and active listener.
- Passion for service.
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
