About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Strategist to join our team at Tanla Platforms Limited.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and network effectively.
  • Implement success programs to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
  • Develop and manage client portfolios to maximize value.
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers and improve onboarding processes.
  • Mediate between clients and the organization, handle customer requests and complaints, and minimize churn.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Client Management, Client Success, Product adoption etc.
  • Graduate Engineer with PG in Marketing or Communications.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities. Ability to influence C Level executives.
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
  • Knowledge of customer success processes.
  • Experience in document creation.
  • Patient and active listener.
  • Passion for service.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
