Account Growth Specialist

About the Role
Keka HR is seeking an Account Growth Specialist to drive new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails to present our company and identify their needs.

- uild long-term trusting relationships with prospects by delivering tailored solutions that drive revenue growth, expand customer acquisition, and enhance profitability.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by analyzing sales performance metrics and understanding sales prospecting techniques.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Sales Executives to facilitate smooth communication.
- Report to the Sales Manager on sales results, providing insights into successful strategies and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar roles in the US process.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach, as well as proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
- A track record of achieving sales quotas and a fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging conversations and presentations.
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities and contacting potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
Work Environment:
The ideal candidate will work during US business hours, which are equivalent to IST (Indian Standard Time) 6 PM to 3 AM. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development within Keka HR.
