AideWiser SolTek is seeking a skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and time management skills, with the ability to work independently or as an active team member. They should be able to professionally and confidently communicate with clients and potential customers.

We are offering a competitive salary of $25,000 per month, consisting of a fixed component of $15,000 and a variable component of up to $10,000 based on performance.

The successful candidate will have any graduation preferred and demonstrated proven sales results. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling them to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

In this role, you will oversee the sales process to attract new clients and maintain fruitful relationships with existing ones. You will also suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients, craft business proposals and contracts, and procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the sales and marketing team.

We offer flexible working hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, with a total of 9 hours per day, including breaks. This allows for a great balance between work and personal life.
