We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales and contribute to the overall growth of Tratoli, a leading travel technology company.

Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and promoting our innovative holiday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Operations and sales of inbound/outbound holidays
  • Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints or issues
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of travel destinations and holiday packages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
