About the Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting Droom's SaaS fleet management solutions to large enterprises, corporate clients, and government agencies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing an effective SaaS sales strategy tailored to the needs of the fleet management sector.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales in corporate and government accounts.
  • Negotiating, formalizing, and maintaining long-term partnership agreements to support growth and align with Droom's strategic objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹25,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits. If you have 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong focus on fleet management, automotive, or logistics industries, we'd love to hear from you

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in closing high-value SaaS deals with large enterprise clients.
  • A strong understanding of SaaS solutions and fleet management technology.
