Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Pipeline Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in energy solutions
  • Expertise in power plant automation and digital transformation strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
