Sales Development Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR team, focusing on achieving outbound and inbound sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities, ensuring pipeline growth in designated territories, hiring, coaching, and performance management. This role involves working closely with sales and marketing to enhance sales outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 6 Sales Development Representatives in the Boston office.
- Participate in the SDR recruiting process and make hiring decisions.
- Consistently meet or exceed team goals for activity, hiring, and pipeline creation.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience as a Sales Development Manager with a background as an Account Executive or in a similar closing position.
- Ability to coach and hold team members accountable for results.
- Solid understanding of reporting, forecasting, and B2B sales processes.
Location: Gurugram
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum.
