We are a leading manufacturer of paper products, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Channel Sales Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing direct-to-consumer sales channels, identifying new opportunities, and driving growth through marketing and sales strategies.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary of ₹1.2 crore per annum, which is one of the highest in the industry.
Job Description:
- Channel Development and Growth: Identify and assess new sales channels; execute strategies to enter/expand markets in Mumbai and Gurgaon.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors; provide training and support to ensure high-quality customer experience.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Meet monthly volume and collection targets; monitor and optimize sales performance to maximize sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Generate sales and performance reports; forecast sales and channel performance; analyze market trends to drive informed decision-making.

- Functional Skills: Channel development, sales strategy, negotiation, market analysis, performance monitoring.
- Behavioral Skills: Relationship building, negotiation, problem-solving, adaptability, result-oriented.
