Channel Partnerships Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to drive the growth and success of our AP business.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Digital Marketing, and Compliance, to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and engagement of APs.
They will also be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business model for APs, while collaborating with other product managers to ensure APs are well-versed in driving key products.

This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the growth of our AP business. As a Channel Partnerships Business Development Manager, you will have the chance to work with cutting-edge tools and teams to drive innovation, engagement, and success for a growing network of Authorized Partners.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Acquisition: Strategically onboard new APs by developing and executing effective acquisition plans, ensuring smooth onboarding and handholding until they are ready to drive business outcomes.
- Business Model Development: Create and implement a business model for APs that fosters their success and drives revenue growth, developing a rating system to categorize APs based on performance.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenues from AP business by collaborating with APs to promote products such as Demat, Retail Trading, and Wealth Management products.
- Smart Dashboard Development (FinDost): Collaborate with the Product team to build and enhance the FinDost dashboard for APs, ensuring it integrates key functionalities such as order placement, performance tracking, sales management, and compliance adherence.
- Digital Marketing & Engagement: Partner with the Digital Marketing team to create and execute online campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions for the AP business.
- Offline Engagement & Events: Organize and execute offline engagements such as seminars, webinars, and events to educate APs, drive engagement, and boost conversions.
- Training & Development: Collaborate with the Training and Development Manager to ensure APs are onboarded with proper training on platforms, tools, and compliance, offering continuous learning and development opportunities.
- Compliance Management: Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure all APs adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, monitoring compliance-related activities and providing support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Managers to ensure APs are trained and equipped to promote products, identifying and implementing cross-sell opportunities across various product categories.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and evaluate the performance of APs using KPIs and analytics, providing ongoing feedback and generating regular reports on the AP business to senior management.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in product management, partner management, or channel sales, preferably in the financial services or stockbroking industry.
- Strong understanding of AP business models and partner management, with a proven track record of driving partner success.
- Experience in developing and managing dashboards, particularly those tailored for business partners or sub-brokers, is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and experience in creating targeted campaigns for partner engagement and lead generation.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to guide and motivate partners and internal teams.
