About the job:

We seek a highly motivated Sales Development Manager with a proven track record in building, coaching, training, and retaining an SDR team. This role will support our North America sales team covering all Xebia offerings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and collaborate closely with sales management, account managers, and service lines sellers including marketing teams
  2. Coach the team on prospecting, account strategy, and messaging
  3. Focus on scheduling meetings and generating pipeline across Xebia's offerings
  4. Deliver consistently against targets - commitment to numbers and deadlines
  5. Hire, train, and retain the right team to match our growth
  6. Provide timely input to corporate functions
  7. Develop department-specific training for new hires during onboarding

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree and 5+ years of software sales experience in managing SDR teams
  • Proven track record of meeting activity metrics within a performance-based environment, and ability to drive optimal pipeline development activities
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, able to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities
  • Driven self-starter with initiative and confidence
  • Skilled in leading discussions and meetings, balancing competitiveness and collaboration

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
