Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Black Box. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring new clients and driving business growth.

Job Summary:

The Sales Business Development Manager will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating sales agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IoT, AV, or industrial electronics sectors
  • Degree in Science from a reputable university and professional qualifications in sales/marketing preferred
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electronics and wireless networks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
