About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Trane Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local consultants, HVAC contractors, builders, developers, hospitality partners, and healthcare organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the building management systems industry.
  • Manage tenders and handle sales processes from lead generation to order closure.
  • Responsible for order booking and revenue growth on a month-on-month basis.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in sales engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing new business.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
