We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Development Manager to join our team in Gurgaon / Delhi (Local candidate | Remote).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota on quarterly basis, with a minimum of 5 - 7 years of prior sales experience in software services industry.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to take ownership of expanding company footprint through strategic account management, lead generation, and partnership development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing customer proposals, negotiating and closing deals in a timely manner, and utilizing consultative skills to develop and maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
  2. Build and manage relationships with existing accounts to expand company footprint
  3. Promote and sell Enterprise Software solutions such as BPM, RPA, ERP, ESB, BI, and Enterprise Portal
  4. Prepare customer proposals and presentations to effectively communicate company value proposition
  5. Negotiate and close deals in a timely manner, ensuring quarterly targets are met
  6. Utilize consultative skills to develop and maximize sales opportunities
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of prior sales experience in software services industry
  • Prior experience selling Enterprise Software solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota
  • Proficiency in using mainstream PC applications and CRM solutions
