About the role:

We seek an exceptional Manager of Sales Development with a proven track record in building, coaching, training, and retaining an SDR team.

Requirements:

  • Degree and 5+ years of software sales experience in managing SDR teams
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed activity metrics within a numbers-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Driven self-starter with high initiative and confidence
  • Skilled in leading discussions and meetings

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and partner closely with existing sales management, account managers, and service lines sellers
  • Coach the team; heavily involved in prospecting, account strategy, and messaging
  • Laser focus on scheduling meetings and generating pipeline across Xebia's offerings
  • Deliver against targets – commitment to numbers and deadlines
  • Hire, train, and retain the right team to match our growth
  • Provide timely and insightful input to corporate functions

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
