Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth within the school segment. The ideal candidate will develop and implement targeted sales strategies, align with organizational goals, and lead a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at schools.
  • Set and meet ambitious sales targets, tracking performance and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback, providing strategic recommendations to improve sales efforts.
  • Negotiate and close deals with schools, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in sales within the education sector, with a focus on school sales.
* Previous experience in managing a sales team is highly desirable.
* Proven track record in sales strategy development and achieving sales targets.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders in schools.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
