About This RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our North America sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building, coaching, training, and retaining SDR teams.
This role requires strong organization and time-management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.
You will be responsible for directly managing a team of Sales Development Representatives and partnering closely with existing sales management, account managers, and service lines sellers.
Your key objectives will include coaching the team, prospecting, account strategy, and messaging; consistently delivering against targets and commitment to numbers and deadlines; hiring, training, and retaining the right team to match our growth; and providing timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree and 5+ years of software sales experience in managing SDR teams
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding activity metrics within a numbers-driven and performance-based environment, and the ability to determine and drive optimal pipeline development activities
- Strong organization and time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities
- Driven self-starter with high initiative and confidence
- Skilled in leading discussions and meetings, and a master at balancing competitiveness and collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Directly manage a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Partner closely with existing sales management, account managers, and service lines sellers
- Coach the team on prospecting, account strategy, and messaging
- Consistently deliver against targets and commit to numbers and deadlines
- Hire, train, and retain the right team to match our growth
- Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
