Regional Sales Development Manager

We are a leading manufacturer of consumer goods, and we're looking for a talented Territory Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans to achieve targets within their assigned territory. They will appoint suitable distributors, ensure primary and secondary sales, and execute other important activities such as claims and CRM implementation.
This role requires strong relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations, as well as the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. The Territory Manager will conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
They will also collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Additionally, they will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our internal team to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record of at least 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the related industry
- Strong connections/relationships with customers that can be leveraged
- Strong understanding of the HORECA and related sectors and its dynamics, including knowledge of customer needs, market trends, and competitor landscape
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach
