Senior Sales Professional for North Region

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in the North region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and will possess excellent technical selling and market development skills.
This role is responsible for driving sales growth in the North region through effective lead generation, customer support, and penetration activities.
- Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to achieve sales growth in the North region.
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
- Coordinate all sales and related activities within defined accounts in the territory.
- Manage various stakeholders, including pharma and applied sales teams, service, and supply chain.
- Perform demonstrations to drive new and repeat sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and establish client relationships.
- Analyze performance data and make forecasts.
- Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships.
Requirements
- A postgraduate degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or similar field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in UPLC-MS/MS.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and regional factors. This figure may vary depending on individual circumstances and qualifications.
