We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Royal Enfield. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving dealer profitability initiatives in the North Zone.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve dealer profitability, including forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
  • Collaborate with the Zonal Business Head and Business Heads to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.
  • Prepare and present regular MIS reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely completion of projects and deliverables.
  • Travel across North India to partner locations as required, building strong relationships with internal teams and external business partners.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis and MIS reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A degree in Finance with a Master's in Data Science or equivalent qualification.
