Sonepar, a leading B-to-B distributor of electrical products and solutions, seeks a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in the IN04 region.

Job Purpose:

To generate sales revenue for the IN04 region business in North India.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales of Rockwell and strategic product lines for assigned customers.
  • Develop new customer relationships and expand existing ones.
  • Prepare quotations for customer inquiries.
  • Conduct sales visits for assigned product lines.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving allocated sales targets.
  • Organize online seminars and product update sessions for customers.
  • Increase in-house sales share in existing customers.

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • Proven experience in OEM/EU/panel builder sales, commercial terms, and conditions, negotiation skills, and key account management.
  • Ability to understand and deliver customer and market segment needs.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competition.

Credentials and Experience:

  • Graduation in BE/B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
