Senior B2B Sales Manager for Paper Industry

Job Overview:
Naini Papers seeks an experienced Senior B2B Sales Manager to develop and manage direct-to-consumer sales channels, identify new opportunities, and drive growth through marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development: Identify and assess new sales channels, execute strategies to enter/expand markets, and maximize sales performance.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors, provide training and support, and ensure high-quality customer experience.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Meet monthly volume and collection targets, monitor and optimize sales performance, and forecast sales and channel performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; PGDM/MBA preferred.
- Experience: 4-8 years in channel management and B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing or paper industry.
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience, approximately ₹15-25 Lakhs per annum, best in the industry.
