About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Growth Manager at OYO, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the UK market. Your primary objective will be to increase the supply side of OYO by onboarding hotels and establishing strong relationships with potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed targets
  • Cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams to ensure effective coordination and communication
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling and lead generation
  • Negotiate deals and propose new business opportunities to key stakeholders
  • Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to drive results

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
