**Job Title:** Senior Fixed Income Sales Manager

At Tip Sons, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our fixed income sales team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

**Overview:**

  • We're seeking an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in fixed income sales, preferably in the wealth management industry.

**Responsibilities:**

As our Senior Fixed Income Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate treasuries, understanding their investment goals and risk tolerance.
  • Strategic Marketing & Sales: Oversee marketing efforts for fixed income products, including crafting investor materials, conducting webinars, and organizing exclusive investor events.
  • Product Expertise & Deal Structuring: Collaborate with product teams to create customized fixed income solutions that meet specific client needs.
  • Transaction Execution: Lead the sales process for fixed income products, closing deals, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate client portfolio data is captured and reported on.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience: In a wealth management firm, ideally focused on fixed income sales.
  • HNW & Family Office Expertise: In-depth understanding of the unique requirements and investment strategies of HNWIs and family offices.
  • Debt Products Knowledge: Strong understanding of the features, benefits, and risks associated with various fixed income products.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to connect with high-net-worth individuals and build trust.
  • Marketing & Sales Savvy: Experience in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies for financial products.

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
