Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development Manager at Escon Elevators, you will be responsible for promoting our portfolio of technology, process equipment, and engineering services in refining and petrochemical industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote UOP's technology, process equipment, and engineering services to key customers in the oil and gas sector.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet or exceed annual bookings targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, understand their business drivers, and communicate their needs to internal resources.
  • Work closely with account teams to ensure performance protocols and expectations are met.
  • Mentor frontline project sales managers to manage customer bases and make business decisions.
  • Drive breakthrough regional growth despite market and industry headwinds.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a sales role.
  • Industry experience in technical operational or business development roles in refining or petrochemical industries is necessary.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Based in Escon Elevators headquarters.
