Job Overview:
Bada Business Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Manager - Fund Raising to join its team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, leading efforts to raise equity and debt capital, building relationships with current and prospective investors, and conducting market research and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Investment Banking or a similar role, with a proven track record in SME capital raising. They will also possess strong understanding of the Indian financial markets, regulatory environment, and funding mechanisms. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential for this role. The estimated salary for this position is ₹25 lakhs per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
