Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Xarterian. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business development plans to drive company growth.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully generating leads, closing sales, and driving business growth. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships to expand the company's reach.
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover new market segments, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and engage potential clients and partners to grow the business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
- Act as a point of contact for key accounts, managing inquiries, negotiations, and post-sales support.
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts.
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment on business goals and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies, client relationship management, and market trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively.
Benefits:
Xarterian offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
