Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Huptech HR Solutions. This role involves managing existing accounts, building and expanding the sales pipeline, and articulating the company's value proposition to prospect leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and pitch proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals within agreed-upon timelines while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software services sales, preferably in Enterprise Software such as BPM, RPA, ERP, ESB, BI, and Enterprise Portal.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas on a quarterly basis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM solutions like Salesforce.com.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum based on performance and location (Gurgaon/Delhi)
