About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to drive growth and success in our key accounts. As a Senior Account Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sell-through and sell-out for our distributor's e-commerce partners.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual business plans to optimize sales performance and maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and resellers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives and strategies, driving a cohesive approach to account management.
- Work closely with distributors to forecast and analyze sales trends, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our approach to account management.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of success in account management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
