Senior Enterprise Account Growth Manager

At BayOne Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Growth Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Gurugram Haryana (with 4 days onsite).
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately Rs.12-18 lakhs per annum.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled professional who can manage customer escalations and prioritize responses effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience managing day-to-day operations, shift management, work prioritization, and capacity planning.
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers and will manage BayOne relationships and work delivery. They must have managed a team of Customer Success Managers with roles and responsibilities similar to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.
- Assist clients with the onboarding process, providing training and support to ensure they effectively use hardware solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive product adoption and maximize value for clients.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic meetings with key stakeholders to assess needs and opportunities.
- Address and resolve any technical or operational issues that clients may encounter.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide continuous product and service improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems.
