Strategic Account Manager

Overview:
Criteo is a leading digital advertising company seeking an experienced Senior Account Strategist to join our Enterprise team in India. This role involves working closely with major clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic account management.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in direct advertising/marketing, managing high-value clients with revenue accountability. They should possess proficient knowledge of display, performance marketing, and full-funnel account strategy initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-level strategic account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients at all levels.
- Advise on client's digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo's technology.
- Analyze retail media campaigns and communicate performance optimizations.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure optimal strategy and campaign setup.
- Negotiate additional budgets and upsell new products.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in direct advertising/marketing, managing high-value clients.
- Proficient knowledge of display, performance marketing, and full-funnel account strategy initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing and growing top-tiered clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and confident in providing outstanding service.
Benefits:
