About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Ultra Platform. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for managing and growing allocated accounts/verticals revenue-wise and building strong client/agency relationships for long-term sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: You will be the primary point of contact between our campaign delivery and sales teams, leading the account management of allocated accounts.
  • Campaign Delivery: Ensure that all campaign deliveries are done as agreed with advertisers, actively monitoring campaign operations to hit advertiser KPIs.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate reports and share campaign insights with the sales team/advertisers to create opportunities for up-sell cross-sell for sales teams.
  • Business Growth: Work closely with marketing & sales teams and identify newer opportunities for growth in any of the accounts.
  • Revenue Growth: Responsible for upselling and cross-selling all Affle platforms and ensuring month-on-month revenue growth for an account.
  • Client Relationships: Ensure quarterly business reviews with clients and regular interaction to develop strong relationships with Marketing POCs.
  • Publisher Landscape: Build an in-depth understanding of the publisher landscape, establishing strengths and weaknesses for each publisher in terms of the type of campaigns and geographies.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in the AdTech/Martech/FinTech industry.
  • Must have experience in Affiliate Marketing and handling publishers for performance accounts.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in campaign execution such as CPI and Sale Campaigns.
  • Should be aggressive and be able to take up new challenges.
  • Meet deadlines and take responsibility for the completion of work.
  • Multi-tasker and Team Player.
