Strategic Account Development Manager

Cog Culture is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to lead our client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, coordinating projects, addressing inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Foster customer-centric relationships by understanding client needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trackers and reports on client interactions, product usage, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project fulfillment and address any issues that may arise.
- Provide expert knowledge on products and services, resolving client queries and concerns effectively.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A proven track record as an Account Executive or Account Manager in a client-servicing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with experience in the advertising or creative industry.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
