Strategic Account Development Manager

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Gurugram area. This role is responsible for driving sales of innovative Audio-Visual products to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets for Audio Visual products.
- Conduct research to identify potential corporate clients in the region.
- Schedule and conduct effective sales meetings with IT decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and deliver compelling presentations showcasing how your Audio-Visual solutions can solve their challenges.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring adherence to company pricing and terms.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong sales drive and ability to achieve targets (prior sales experience a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler license and reliable bike.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: ₹12,000 - 18,000 per month + attractive incentive package based on performance.
