Job Title: Deputy Sales Manager



At Reliserv Solution, we are looking for a proactive and self-driven Deputy Sales Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily sales operations, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.



Sales Strategy and Planning

The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets, contribute to the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.



Team Management

As a Deputy Sales Manager, you will lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, and provide ongoing support and guidance to the sales team, addressing any issues or challenges.



Client Relationship Management

Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients and stakeholders is a crucial aspect of this role, and the ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities and potential clients, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.



Market Research and Analysis

The Deputy Sales Manager will conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to counteract competition, and provide insights and recommendations based on market and sales data.



Sales Reports

Preparing regular reports on sales performance and presenting findings to senior management is an essential responsibility of this role, and the ideal candidate will track sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM software, monitor sales expenses, and ensure they are within budget.



Requirements



We are looking for a candidate with a BE in Electrical Engineering, a master's degree is a plus, proven experience in sales or a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and proficiency in Sales software and CRM tools.



Salary Package



The salary package for this role is between 35 to 45K, and the candidate should be willing to relocate as required by the company.
