Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a high-energy team environment, fostering strong relationships among artists and other team members.
  • Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive experience for walk-in clients.
  • Manage studio atmosphere and hygiene, adhering to company standards and maintaining a vibrant environment.
  • Provide personalized customer service, creating an immersive experience for each client.
  • Adhere to studio operational SOPs and processes, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Handle client inquiries, manage appointments, and book consultations.
  • Arrange training sessions for artists to enhance their skills.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase studio sales and follow up on potential leads.
  • Prepare a roster for the team, managing artist transfers and guest spots to ensure optimal staffing.
  • Coordinate with the design team and clients to deliver designs on time and meet client expectations.
  • Communicate with the HQ sales team to increase sales and identify process gaps to improve HQ processes.
  • Manage customer complaints and objections professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide regular reports to the reporting manager, keeping them informed of studio performance.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and drive data-driven decisions for business growth.
  • Manage daily cash deposits and update records.
  • Ensure employee accommodation is clean and free of nuisances.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Graduate degree in any stream.
  • Good knowledge or background in the retail industry, with experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and self-starting abilities.
  • Focused on sales and quality customer service.
  • Solid time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively deal with people at all levels within and outside the company.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or operations management is beneficial.
  • Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced team environment.
