Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Studio Operations Manager to join our team at GFL Recruitment Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and studio management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Develop and maintain a high-energy team environment, fostering strong relationships between artists and team members.
  • Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring seamless walk-in client experiences and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage studio atmosphere and hygiene, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Provide personalized customer service, creating an immersive experience for each client.
  • Adhere to studio operational SOPs and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle inbound client queries, manage appointments, and book consultations.
  • Arrange training sessions for artists, promoting skill development and growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase studio sales, following up with potential leads.
  • Prepare a roster for the team, managing artist transfers and guest spots to ensure optimal staffing.
  • Coordinate with the design team and clients to deliver designs on time, meeting client expectations.
  • Communicate with the HQ sales team to increase sales, identifying process gaps to improve HQ processes.
  • Manage customer complaints and objections, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the reporting manager, keeping them informed of studio performance.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data entry, improving data health and driving data-driven decisions for business growth.
  • Manage daily cash deposits, updating records accordingly.
  • Maintain employee accommodation, ensuring a clean and nuisance-free environment.
Education/Experience

Mandatory Skill Sets:

  • Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Preferred Industry: Real Estate / Automobile / Jewelry (not specific but good to have)
  • Good knowledge/background of the retail industry, experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and self-starter
  • Focused on Sales & Quality customer service
  • Solid time management skills
  • Ability to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside the company
  • Prior experience in similar roles (customer service, sales, or operations management) beneficial
  • Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced team environment
