Studio Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a high-energy team environment, fostering positive relationships among artists and team members.
  • Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless client experience.
  • Manage studio atmosphere and hygiene, adhering to company standards and maintaining the brand's unique vibe.
  • Provide personalized customer service, creating an immersive experience for each client.
  • Adhere to studio operational SOPs and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle client inquiries, manage appointments, and book consultations.
  • Arrange training sessions for artists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase studio sales and follow up on potential leads.
  • Prepare a roster for the team, manage artist transfers, and ensure the studio is fully staffed at all times.
  • Coordinate with the design team and clients to deliver designs on time and meet client expectations.
  • Communicate with the HQ sales team to increase sales and identify process gaps to improve HQ processes.
  • Manage customer complaints and objections in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide regular reports to the reporting manager, keeping them informed of the studio's performance.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and drive data-driven decisions for business growth.
  • Manage daily cash deposits and update records.
  • Maintain employee accommodation, ensuring it remains clean and free of nuisances.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Graduate degree in any stream
  • Good knowledge or background in the retail industry (experience preferred)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivation and self-starter mindset
  • Focused on sales and quality customer service
  • Solid time management skills
  • Ability to effectively deal with people at all levels
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or operations management (beneficial)
