Job Title: Studio Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Studio Operations Manager to join our team at Hunarstreet Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our tattoo studio, ensuring a high-energy positive team spirit and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage studio atmosphere and hygiene as per company standards
• Provide personalized customer service to create an immersive experience for each customer
• Handle inbound queries of clients, manage appointments, and book consultations
• Arrange training sessions for artists for their skill development
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase studio sales and follow up with potential sales leads
• Prepare a roster for the team and manage artist transfers and guest spots to ensure the studio is fully staffed at all times
• Coordinate with the design team and clients to deliver designs on time and meet client expectations
• Communicate with the HQ sales team to increase sales and identify process gaps to help the HQ improve processes
• Manage customer complaints and objections in a professional and efficient manner
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the reporting manager to keep them informed of the studio's performance
• Accurately maintain the CRM and data entry to improve data health and drive data-driven decisions for business growth
• Manage daily cash and deposit it in the bank and update the records
• Maintain employee accommodation provided by the company and be responsible for keeping it clean and free of nuisances

Requirements:
• Graduate (Any Stream)
• Good knowledge/background of the retail industry experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be a self-motivator and self-starter
• Focused on Sales & Quality customer service
• Solid time management skills
• Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company
• Prior experience in a similar role such as customer service, sales, or operations management could be beneficial
• Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced team environment
