Sales Operations Manager

At BASF India Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the business of assigned customers/territories, aiming to meet or exceed business targets for respective customers. You will implement the respective SBU strategy in the country, identify and implement business or value growth for respective customers/territories, and continuously increase market and competitor intelligence. Additionally, you will update customers and competitor's data, manage credit control and working capital, and negotiate and close deals or contracts with customers.

Customer Relationship Management
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will develop, align, and execute mid- and long-term account plans, identify and translate market opportunities into business, and develop lasting customer relationships. You will also identify and attract new customers, pursue new applications, and interact with corresponding process and product developers of potential customers.

Operational Tasks
You will provide operational guidance and coordinate relevant functional departments to ensure value creation and customer satisfaction. You will use NPS to continuously improve customer experience, account for demand- and sales forecast and fulfillment, and support efficient planning of products and services. You will also ensure effective communications for faster decision-making and adhere to business initiatives.
