Sales Operations Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team at Reliserv Solution. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities and processes to ensure efficient workflow and timely execution of sales orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Sales Order Execution: Coordinate sales activities and processes to ensure efficient workflow and timely execution of sales orders.
- Database Management: Maintain sales databases, CRM systems, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Teamwork: A team player with a high level of dedication, well-organized, and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English.
Requirements:
- Qualification: BBA or MBA in Marketing.
- Experience: Experience 5-10 years in B2B sales or account management.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Navi Mumbai Kharghar, Head Office.
- Salary: Offered salary package is between 30-40K (Monthly Gross).
