Job Description

As the Channel Sales Director at PeopleLink Unified Communications Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach. This role requires a strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor channel partners.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in channel sales management, with at least 5+ years of experience in IT sales. They should have a deep understanding of channel sales methodologies, partner ecosystems, and distribution channels.

A salary of approximately ₹30-50 lakhs per annum is expected for this position, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing them with necessary support, resources, and training to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment of channel strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner feedback to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement channel marketing programs, promotions, and incentives to stimulate partner engagement and drive sales.
