We are seeking a seasoned Travel Director to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional tour experiences for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and conducting tours domestically and internationally.

Job Summary:
  • Plan and execute seamless tour itineraries that meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to understand client preferences and tailor tour experiences accordingly. You will also be responsible for managing bookings, confirmations, and billing processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and conduct tours that cater to diverse client interests and needs.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve growth.
  3. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of tour services.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tour operations or a related field.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
