Job Title: Sales Director for Revenue GrowthSalary:₹120,000 - ₹180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job DescriptionAs a Sales Director for Revenue Growth at Zolo, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies that target business travellers, corporate accounts, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), and other relevant segments. You will work closely with the revenue and reservations teams to optimize room rates and maximize occupancy.
This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. You will identify new business opportunities and convert leads into bookings, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. Additionally, you will drive sales for the hotel's banquet, conference, and meeting spaces, working closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel management companies, and event planners
- Collaborate with the revenue and reservations teams to optimise room rates and maximise occupancy
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as hospitality, marketing, or business administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and revenue growth, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
