As a Strategic Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding our client base in the USA and Australia. You will leverage your expertise in selling IT services to fast-growing tech product companies and IT services providers in these markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bidirectional collaboration with CTOs, product managers, recruitment heads, or decision-makers in tech companies
  • Development of strategic sales plans to target high-value clients
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals for staff augmentation or building teams for software development projects
  • Proven experience in long-cycle B2B sales, from lead generation to finalizing agreements

Requirements:

  • Mastery of IT staffing processes, including developer vetting, time zone management, and cultural alignment
  • Detailed understanding of the US and Australian markets, particularly the needs of fast-growing tech companies
  • Strong network of connections with key decision-makers in the industry
