About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Professional to join our team at ADVENXA. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients for various financial products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition: You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for Demat accounts and facilitating transactions in equity, commodity, and currency markets.
  2. Revenue Generation: You will actively promote and sell third-party financial products such as SIP, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Value Packs, and ACE/TGS to clients.
  3. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is essential. You will provide personalized financial advice, address client queries, and resolve issues promptly to enhance client loyalty and retention.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaboration with team members is crucial for success. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets, share market insights, and contribute to team growth.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  3. Strong understanding of financial products and markets.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
