Job Summary:

The Territory Manager - Card Sales Professional will be responsible for driving credit card sales growth through various channels. This role entails managing a team of sales representatives to expand credit card business in their respective localities/branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure monthly sales targets are met by acquiring new-to-bank customers and existing customers for credit cards.
  • Pitch existing liability customers for credit card products.
  • Drive month-on-month growth in EOP assets for gold loan business per branch.
  • Ensure a minimum of 1% fee income from total disbursals.
  • Perform regular customer follow-ups for timely renewal of cases to minimize pending renewals.
  • Coordinate with valuers on a regular basis.
  • Ensure customers pay valuation charges as per product norms.
  • Ensure healthy collections with zero FEMI/FPD and minimize fresh flow in Bucket X.
  • Tag PSL customers and remain aware of PSL norms.
  • Support branch liability teams in audits and ensure proper communication with customers before packet openings.
  • Conduct marketing activities in the local market to generate new-to-bank gold loan customers.
  • Be willing to work extensively in the field and travel across the region as required.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as per departmental requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduation: Any graduate.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in credit card sales.
