Business Development Associate Role
We seek a highly motivated and result-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Determine and create new business opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals
- Sustain excellent relationships with our students
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 4-3 years of sales or business development experience
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for education and technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Edtech experience is a plus
Main Tasks
- Generate new leads through online channels
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Manage sales pipeline and meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhanced customer experience and growth
- Create and deliver sales presentations
Compensation Package
The Sales and Business Development Professional will receive a monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹30,000, along with the possibility of earning up to ₹1 lakh in incentives based on performance and achieving sales targets.
