Business Development Associate Role

We seek a highly motivated and result-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Determine and create new business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Sustain excellent relationships with our students

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 4-3 years of sales or business development experience
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for education and technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Edtech experience is a plus

Main Tasks

  • Generate new leads through online channels
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Manage sales pipeline and meet or exceed targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhanced customer experience and growth
  • Create and deliver sales presentations

Compensation Package

The Sales and Business Development Professional will receive a monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹30,000, along with the possibility of earning up to ₹1 lakh in incentives based on performance and achieving sales targets.
