We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team in the Philippines. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the region.

Based in Manila, this role involves managing relationships with large enterprise clients from the banking, eCommerce, lending, and payments sectors. You will have a strong background in SaaS sales, a deep understanding of the tech industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving account closure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships at the C-level across large enterprise clients and prospects
  • Bring in new customers as per country expansion plan
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities
  • Sales planning activities including account plans and hunting activities
  • Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Closer: Partnering with prospects till deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to tailor propositions
  • Own the sales journey from prospecting to deal-signing
  • Drive Top-of-funnel conversions

About the Role:

  • Estimated Salary: PHP 250,000 - PHP 500,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Industry: Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Location: Manila, Philippines
  • Type: Full-time

Requirements:

  • At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with the financial services sector and prior experience in the Philippines
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
