Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team in selling premium Senior Living Villas and Apartments. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in selling high-end residential properties. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the luxury Senior Living real estate market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for premium villas and apartments. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service to meet their needs and preferences. Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close sales.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential buyers and new market opportunities. Utilize insights to inform sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and client interactions.

Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Ensure marketing materials effectively communicate the value proposition of the premium villas and apartments.

Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and after-sales service. Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Core Competence:
Experience: 12 to 20 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in selling premium villas and apartments or luxury residential properties. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing
Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is mandatory, while knowledge of Hindi, and Tamil is an advantage
Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools. Deep understanding of the luxury real estate market and high-net-worth clients.
